Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.
I’ve spent an hour of my life today in a coffee shop looking at the prices for hosting and a domain name. It’s not the first time I’ve ever wasted time looking at hosting and domain name and eventually deciding not to buy. It might’ve been fear of failure; it might’ve been fear of the opinions of others. It might also be a fear that, perhaps, I’m coming in far too late, and that there is no point to start.
I decided today that I’d take a risk and take a jump; I decided to blog.
Equipped with a Surface Pro, a Nokia Lumia 1520, FOSS tools for design, and a notebook, I’m starting my journey. I’ll talk about technology I love; I’ll discuss my processes of making my life mindful, purposeful, and contented; I’ll describe techniques that I use to create beautiful, content-focused sites and simple to use apps; I’ll continue learning; and I’ll continue laughing.
I can’t wait to see who will join me as readers, as commenters, as supporters, as rivals, and as fellow humans in this journey.
